A striking example of Scandinavian modernist design, this Danish mid century modern “Superstar Falcon” coffee table from the 1970s was produced by Genega Møbler as part of the Superstar range, created to complement the iconic Superstar Falcon leather lounge chairs.

The design clearly reflects the influence of Norwegian designer Sigurd Ressell’s celebrated Falcon series, translating the same sculptural, floating aesthetic into a beautifully engineered coffee table.

The table features a bentwood beech base stained in a rich, dark tone, paired with its original circular slate top. The slate shows minor age related surface wear, consistent with its vintage character.
