Hire Policy

We offer furniture hire services to industry professionals under the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to decline specific items or refuse hire to any company at our discretion.

Rates: The minimum hire charge is 30% of the retail value for a period of up to 7 days. Rates for extended hire periods are available upon request
Payment: The full retail price of the item will be charged to a credit card prior to the hire. Upon return of the item in its original condition, a refund will be issued, less a 1% credit card processing fee and the agreed hire fee.
Hire Agreement: All hired require a signed hire form.
Collection and Return: All items must be collected and returned via our designated courier services, at the hirer’s expense.

Damage Policy

If an item is damaged beyond repair, or if its aesthetic quality is compromised to the extent that it is no longer suitable for resale, the hirer will be required to purchase the item at full retail value. This determination will be made at our sole discretion, based on our assessment of the item’s restoration potential.

If the item can be restored to a resaleable condition, the full cost of restoration will be charged to the hirer.
