Damage Policy

If an item is damaged beyond repair or its aesthetic value has been compromised to the extent that it is no longer suitable for resale, the hirer will be required to purchase the item in full. This decision will be made at our discretion, based on our assessment of the item’s restoration potential. 

If the item can be restored to a condition suitable for resale, the cost of restoration will be borne by the hirer.
