Mid Century Danish 1960s Teak Extension Table by Gunni Omann – Model 50

SOLD

A standout example of Danish mid-century modern design, this Model 50 extension dining table was designed by Gunni Omann for Omann Jun in the 1960s. Crafted in Denmark from richly toned dark old-growth teak, it features refined detailing throughout—most notably the elegant crossbanded edge and the sculptural curved apron beneath the tabletop.

Sympathetically restored to retain the lovely patina that has developed over the years, the table extends via two concealed draw-leaf extensions (54 cm each), expanding its length from 140 cm to an impressive 248 cm.

Tapered legs and clean lines complete the timeless aesthetic, making this a striking and versatile centrepiece for any dining space.

Table Extends from 140cm to 248cm.
