This rare Danish long nesting table set of four, designed by Kurt Østervig and produced by Jason Møbler in the 1950s, reflects the clarity and functionality of Scandinavian modern design. Model 200 combines finely proportioned teak tops with slender European oak legs, showcasing Østervig’s careful attention to balance and craftsmanship.
The set has been professionally restored and is in excellent condition, with only minimal signs of age. Highly practical, the tables nest together to create a long, streamlined surface, making them ideal as a coffee table, side table, or for placement behind a sofa or along a hallway. When guests arrive, the smaller tables can be pulled out individually, offering flexible surfaces for drinks, books, or lamps.
This versatile and increasingly rare design is well suited to both everyday use and serious collectors.
