An iconic original Hans J. Wegner GE290 Plank armchair, designed in 1953 for Getama, Denmark.

One of the world’s most recognisable mid century designs and among Wegner’s most celebrated, the GE290 features a beautifully proportioned European oak frame, clean architectural lines and classic Danish modern form.

We have a pair available, both stamped by Getama and retaining their original upholstery with only light age related marks. The frames have been fully restored and are in exceptional condition.
